Croaky discusses the election and the idea of the Republican Party at the national level not having a cohesive identity but rather focused on the populism behind Donald Trump. Croaky highlights how in Florida the Republican party does in fact have a conservative identity which fits its culture, but that the national one represents a party that doesn't stand for anything other than appealing to the grievances of the public. We hope for the best with President Trump but we also know that there is likely to be a regression to mean because we've seen it happen before.
