In this episode, I talk about what the 'ITS. ALL. DAY'. mindset is all about. From the moment you wake up to the moment your head hits the pillow, the goal is to be great. Whatever goal/career/endeavor you are chasing, the mindset stays the same; IT'S. ALL. DAY!
I also talk about my journey from childhood sports through high school and college, all the way through post-college, and finally where I am now. You'll also hear about my almost DUI, my time in AA and NA meetings, my therapy sessions, and how all of these dark moments shaped my career and led me to the path that I’m on today.
As a nutrition coach, it’s important that I am as transparent with my clients as possible. I aim to be open with them about my faults, fears, and insecurities so that they feel they can be open with me throughout their own journey. I hope that this episode offers that same transparency and insight into who I was, who I am now, and how the IT'S. ALL. DAY. mindset changed me for the better!
