Killer Inspirational and Relatable Podcast!!

Chris hosts a great podcast that puts you in a positive mindset and lets you know where you are relative to your goals, and how to attack them.

Chris is great!!!

I know Chris personally. We have been friends for many years. When i knew him back in high school he was exactly what he says in this podcast. He worried about being popular and fitting in and trying to get many girls.. Chris now is the most amazing person in my life. He is so positive. He's helped me understand the mind and focus on my fitness and nutrition goals. I cant wait to see every version of him as he grows. Stay positive. The world needs more of you

Loved this

The is vulnerable and raw. Lots of great points in his discussion. The point I heard the loudest and is so so true is that Therapy does not define who you are. But gives you a gateway to process the emotions and pain that you deal with everyday!
