Considered a pioneer in the field of Energy Psychology and she has authored two books: The Energy of Belief and Tapping the Panic out of Pandemic. Mary trained in energy healing by Her Holiness Sai Maa for over 20 years and serves as the Director of Sai Maa’s Magdalena Healing Program. She is also a faculty member of the Shift Network and teaches internationally, integrating brain science, energy psychology and spiritual psychology in her work.

Highlights:

  • Mary has 50 years’ experience as a therapist and specializes in Energy psychology and Trauma. Mary shares her journey into energy healing and the advancements in the field. Mary discusses the limitations of traditional talk therapy for addressing trauma and the importance of finding effective tools like EFT- tapping, understanding how the brain processes trauma and energy psychology.
  • Key points discussed are the importance of recognizing triggers, going within, and connecting with your soul during challenging times and the importance of listening, being compassionate, and allowing your soul to guide your actions during challenging situations. Releasing self-judgment and the need to trust the process, embrace self-compassion, and avoid judging others.
  • During times of personal and global upheaval, look within to understand the fear, insecurity, or shame that gets triggered. Cleanse your inner turmoil." Do not judge your own path and remember that what is right for you may not be right for someone else. Mary shares about during the time of her own personal loss, when she met her Holiness Sai Ma, ands has been a student of Ma’s for 23 years.

When things get messy how do we meet the challenges of life: the first thing is that you recognize you will have a brain that is wired for survival. And the minute you are triggered, or somebody says something to you, or there is a bully at work, really go inside, and wow, there's terror in me about that, or insecurity or shame. What is that showing me? Not to blame anybody for anything. First clean up your stuff.
