Marc Cooper speaks so dismissively and disrespectfully to Suzi. It’s hard to listen to at times. He needs to stop interrupting her and stop belittling everything she says. It’s very off putting.

Appreciate the depth and perspective of the shows, except for Suzi of the “flagship” podcast who seems to live in the mainstream La La land that doesn’t live up to the principles and values of Jacobin. Her clueless questions to Yoav Peled regarding the political-economic reality and the facts on the ground, and the many episodes on Russia’s media oppression without a word of how Israel’s been doing much worse to the press are just two examples. Would love to see a different host who is more knowledgeable and less softball.

Love The Long Read, really don’t enjoy listening to Jacobin Radio. Why have guests if the host is going to spend a majority of the time talking?

The one show the feed is named after is half Kremlinology, half liberal handwringing about Trump. It’s unbecoming for an otherwise excellent magazine and podcast feed.

These guys are embarrassingly delusional. The left finds itself outside of these parties. This is a joke. The large left media has moved to the right past the base of the right, and is trying to take the socialists down with it again. It’s really astonishing. Shouldn’t be surprised, but it’s always funny the coping they do around these things. I live in the south. I do know where Trump’s base stands.
