Jeff Johnston of Cathartes

Transforming Cities

On this episode, I'm speaking with Jeff Johnston, Managing Director at Cathartes.

Cathartes is a boutique commercial real estate firm focused mainly on ground-up multifamily in New England. Jeff's focus is primarily on investment strategy, entitlements, and, more recently, raising equity for their latest project.

He went to UNH undergrad, night school at Northeastern for his MBA, and the MIT Center for Real Estate for a Master's in Real Estate Finance and Development.

In his free time, Jeff supports his favorite charities, including No Kid Hungry, Friends Forever, and The Portsmouth Music Hall. He also spends time with his wife and two daughters while making time to get out on the bike.
