Jesse Colin Young, a solo singer/songwriter and former lead vocalist with The Youngbloods, which was responsible for the hit "Get Together," has been treated for Lyme Disease. He shares is experiences related to receiving the diagnosis,  what his treatment has involved and how his life is now flourishing.
