Been looking for podcasts for men for awhile that talks about what it means to be a real man especially in this day and age. I love the balance of how it’s important to build physical, mental, and spiritual health. As someone who didn’t grow up in a Christian I didn’t have a role model of biblical masculinity. Thank you for doing this show for those of us who didn’t have those role models but still seeking to be a God fearing man.
