    this class starts with peace mantras and ends with peace meditation.

    if you only have an hour and want to FEEL GOOD, this may be the fix for you.

    a little yang and a little yin, perfect for, those days….

    Flow and Restore — 60 minute mix of a fiery vinyasa flow and restorative yin practice.

    Props required - one bolster (or pillow) and two blocks (or soup cans, water bottles...). More props are always welcomed so you can feel comfortable and confident in each pose.
