In the Fear state, we're deep in the illusion and cut off from communication with our inner selves, guides and supporters. In fear we receive negative thoughts and urges to control conditions.     The Battle Of Separation And Perspective

    The illusion of separation creates the further illusion of can't and no. These are examples of limiting beliefs, which can be proven false. The inverse of can't and no is can and yes.     All Empowering Concepts Are True

    If a positive and empowering concept, idea, statement or belief is brought to your attention, but you don't necessarily believe it, it's always true. This is one of the new ideas that's come out as I've been channeling our new course 'From Fear To Flow.' In this episode, Joshua explains that not only can you find evidence to prove a limiting belief is false, but you can invert that belief into an empowering belief and find evidence to prove the opposite of your empowering belief is also true. In fact, from the proper perspective, you can prove any empowering idea to be true, such as 'I'm the creator of my reality.' It's a fascinating idea and Joshua clearly explains it in this episode.     Look For The Signs

    As you shift your consciousness and expand your perspective, you're going to start noticing the signs of your progress. They are all around you. They start out as angel numbers, but then become more intuitive.     Challenge All Beliefs

    We each have a unique mental construct that is comprised of all of our beliefs. This forms our perspective. Our perspective is translated into a vibration, which then creates our reality.  To raise our vibration, we must endeavor adjust our set of beliefs from limiting to empowering. None of our beliefs are actually true. Empowering beliefs are more true and limiting beliefs hold us to more limited perspectives.
