Interesting and Challenging

I completed my own analysis and began listening around the time of its launch. Each episode I learn scores of new things via the interesting topics. I especially like the inclusion of special guests and the many excellent books the podcast has featured. It is a generous show. I appreciate how the three hosts’ relationship to each other feels real and growth filled as well, as they both challenge and support each other—a good model. Each one brings strengths that are complimentary. I’ve gained insight from the dream analysis and am excited to finally have the time and focus to start Dream School.

I Can Hear My Mother Now…

Grew up in household where dream interpretation went with morning coffee. Love how accessible they make psychoanalysis and lean into the magical on occasion. The episode about the 1980s Satanic Panic moved me.
Thinking themselves wise…

This is foolishness. They opine and wax eloquent, abandoning reasonable analysis. They discount any traditional model. I have listened on and off for years, and I can’t anymore. Disgusting bias and arrogance = blindspots.
