Kairos is the “Opportune time in which to accomplish a crucial action.”
“Kairos” (Ancient Greek: καιρός) – referred to the proper time that an archer would release the arrow through the bows of the greeks; it was the best time to release the arrow to hit the mark (or target).
Our opportune time is now; our crucial action is being the best we can be and influencing the world by committing to be our best selves.
To ask questions and start conversations that others consider uncomfortable and explore ideas that will challenge ourselves and encourage others.
Your story matters, your questions matter, and today is your opportune time.

Customer Reviews
Crushing it!
If you’re anything like me, you’ve subscribed to more than one podcast you’ve never listened to. Chad’s conversations are not one of them. His message and topics are always right to the point/on point. If you’re looking for a podcast that focuses on growth and you want bite-sized wisdom...this is it!
Thoughtful and Brief- just how I like it!
Chad is doing a great job here of presenting worthwhile topics and questions to spark engaging personal inner dialog and reflection on the part of the listener without dragging it on for too long.
Worth a listen for sure!
Also, full disclosure, Chad is a friend and I did help with some of the music licensing and a couple technical matters, but my assessment is objective and my review is unsolicited
Keep up the good work buddy!
