Great fitness podcast

Great inspiration on this podcast, ever since episode one my daily routine has been
1:wake up
2:get the lumber
3:build all day

Felt like I could through 4 brick walls the second it was over, would give this 10 stars but 5 is the max

Conservatively, this is the best fitness podcast in the history of mankind. Austin, Luke, and Micah are the genuine article. Hearing perspectives from the coach, competitor, gym family, daily grind, and fitness for life angles is what makes this podcast unique and awesome. I look forward to my Kilo 2 class every day and now I feel the same about the days when a new podcast drops. #kilotrained
