This podcast is a great place to go to learn how amazing the human body truly is as well as learn about the various aspects that must be taken into consideration when sending humans to extreme environments. It covers a large breadth of locations from mountains to space to the deep sea !

Excellent review of emergent management of hypothermia, a topic that is not often discussed but is both interesting and pertinent. As a pediatrician we often see hypothermia in the context of drowning cases. Learning more about the extremes of physiologic changes that can be seen was interesting and useful.
