I discuss the socialization and programming that currently exists, which doesn’t allow us space to heal, care for ourselves, and be valuable just as we are. Instead, we’re sold a life and belief system based on fantasy, illusions, as well as lies. And more importantly, how do we heal from traumas that have happened to us in the midst of these expectations and programming? So, it’s no surprise that we, as women, aren’t taking care of ourselves and getting free from pain, trauma, past hurts, and disappointments. It’s time for women to understand that our lives matter and we’re not just hear to serve others. I discuss the importance of healing, breaking free from lies and stories that don’t serve us, and why we need to love ourselves first.
