Here we hear about "El Programa Asistencia Medica Thomas Elkins", a voluntary program led twice a year in a remote village near to Salta in the North of Argentina in which a group of doctors from Buenos Aires bring medical resources and set up a basic clinic helping impoverished patients have access to basic medical care.

Santiago our amigo from Buenos Aires met up with us on the "Ruta 7 Lagos", one of Argentinian Patagonia's best known regions for an active holiday.  We hence decided to drag Santiago up to 2400m of steep ascent to get a better view of the scenery.  Listen to the words that he uses to describe the route and the places nearby such as el Parque Nacional and the methods of transport you can use
