Lauren Kung Jessen's first novel, Lunar Love, is out January 10. Jessen, a mixed-race Chinese-American writer, attended culinary school and worked in Big Tech. She also has a food and film blog called, A Dash of Cinema, where she makes food inspired by movies and TV shows.
