Most of my life I thought I ate fairly healthy and lived somewhat of a holistic life. I tried natural remedies first over running straight to the doctor. I loved fruit and vegetables and didn’t eat a lot of meat or desserts. All of which is good, but it wasn’t enough. After a major health issue with my mom where I became her full-time care provider for four months, I knew things needed to change. I started researching what was really in our food. Learning to read labels and understand ingredients and how they reacted to our bodies. Little by little I began to replace the toxic household products and I learned to cook clean + healthy meals. These seemingly small changes made a lasting impact on my health and my mom’s! I’m ready to share what I’ve learned with you! Mary does a great job of explaining what’s bad for you but then also gives you alternatives for what would be good. I take notes from all of her podcasts and I just love all her suggestions. I am so happy I found this podcast and I’m making changes daily as I listen. Thank you, Mary for making me and my family healthier.

A very sweet approach to removing terrible things from your environments. While it does feel a tad overwhelming, I realized that’s because the quantity of toxins around us IS overwhelming. Love that you address that it’s ok to not eat perfectly low tox. It is very important to have a balance. Thank you for what you do
