Old self-judgment habit loops, that old way of being, don’t serve you anymore. You can recognize, accept it as a habit, and not who you really are. And, at that moment, as you note what is happening - as a thought, as a sensation - you naturally start to let go. Through the process, nurture yourself and move into a more authentic and true way of being right in that moment, rather than being identified with some old habit pattern.
