We probably all passed a LUSH shop at some point, but little did we know that the company is very much inspried by synaesthesia! How cool?? Mark Constatine, one of the founders of LUSH Handmade cosmetics is a synaesthete himself, and so is our Guest of today's episode: Jody Bailey can taste massages. She found a wonderful way to incorporate that into her job as a massage therapist, trainer and product developer at LUSH. Great podcast! Very interesting discussions and guests
Synesthesia review
This is a great podcast, which takes a serious approach to an interesting phenomenon. I am currently enjoying the interview with Dr Richard Cytowic.
However, i have notes: Wednesdays are not indigo blue, but a marbled-dark-pink, like the background in the vintage Clue boardgame, specifically with the marbling of the Study, but pink-colored instead. Thursdays are brown. But not marbled. And mondays are blue. But lighter than indigo. But seriously, as a clinician and researcher (in psychology, and ADHD), i am delighted to learn more and perhaps study synesthesia phenomena. Thank you for enlightening everyone about synesthesia.
