As we bring our Journal Journey to a close, I do hope you have gained strength, clarity and a new perspective from this podcast series. The more life that we live, the more we can see how every moment, every challenge is significant to our life story. The truth of everything is unveiled through the hindsights of time. May you discover an understanding and acceptance that gives you solace and comfort along the way.   

We are left with so much hopelessness and fear and with nothing that empowers us to believe that parts of us are not broken and needing to be fixed. In this episode, we look at how we are perceiving ourselves and our self worth post spiritual birth; that we do not succumb to how the world sees us due to its lack of knowledge and lack of empathy towards it.  

During the weeks and months after a spiritual birth, we have to be conscious of our process of healing and not just physical but emotional and mental as well. How do we want to heal from this experience? It is a question that if we do not take an empowered approach to answer through our healing process, it can become an emotional pain that confronts us years down the road.

Having a Spiritual Birth brings us to confront so much of ourselves and our lives, one does not go through these experiences and not be deeply impacted by them. As the transformations begin to unravel, we have to take the time to discover what those changes are from the inside, out in order to gain a deeper understanding and meaning of this experience for us. 

As we move through our healing journey, we have to remind ourselves to continue implementing self care back into our regime even as life moves forward. We can often feel pressure to push this experience aside before we are truly ready to move on. Give yourself Grace to process this experience in its totality and to thoroughly heal. LOVE is a constant force that we are worthy to give to ourselves always. 

In this episode, we approach our spiritual birth from a different angle in understanding our feelings and how we react and respond to the disappointments in life. Our deepest loss is matched with our highest expectations and managing our expectations can be such a liberation of much of the weight that we carry as we move forward during this process of trying to create life.
