Her 20s and 30s saw professional achievements, including a career as a police officer. But personal losses, family tragedies, and health setbacks led to a deeper dependency on alcohol. A turning point in 2023, driven by sheer frustration with the control alcohol had over her, catalyzed her sobriety journey, marked by strong community support, embracing online platforms, and a profound commitment to self-care.
