Any kind of past incident or a childhood trauma that still haunts you, is really bad for anyone. We all somehow go through such events in our lives, maybe directly or by seeing close one going through it. It's hard to find a single that had no such traumatic memories in their life.

So what actually can we do to go through such a tough situation???

• Seek for professional help if needed. Sometimes talking with a psychiatrist or therapist can help you navigate through your tough phases.
• Assessment of the danger of such traumatic or dark past incidents. It can make you  aware of the depth of such memories and the impact it constantly has in your life.   
• Accept those events to free yourself from such a burden you were carrying throughout your life.
• Try to relinquish those horrible chapters to help yourself to be prepared for a reset.
• Be ready to move on. Make yourself believe that, yes, you too can move those things behind and move forward.
• Give yourself a new fresh start.

Awakening is the moment when our awareness broadens and intensifies.
We can feel a sense of joy or serenity as we exceed the worries that generally preoccupy us. Our perceptions of the world around us become more vivid, and we feel more connected to nature, other humans, or the entire universe in general. We feel a strong sense of love and compassion, and we have transcended a limited state. Our awareness has become more authentic than usual. At higher levels of awakening, we may feel that we have lost our usual sense of self and become one with the entire world.

Three contexts consistently show up as significant triggers of awakening experiences.

• Situations like when we are in stress, depression, and loss.
• Contact with nature can trigger this awakening experience.
• Even By spiritual practice. (meditation and includes prayer and psycho-physical practices such as yoga.)

The most significant thing about awakening experiences is their after-effects.
An awakening experience can be described as the most significant moment of one's life, resulting in a significant change in a person's life by changing their perspective on life and values.

When one door closes, another one opens; yet, we frequently focus so intently and regretfully on the closed door that we fail to notice the one that has opened for us. Defeat is nothing more than a learning experience; it is the first step toward something greater. —Alexander Graham Bell.

LIFE can be DIFFICULT sometimes.
There is a possibility that REJECTION and the risk of FAILURE will damage our SELF-CONFIDENCE and MOTIVATION if we continue to FOCUS only on the negative aspects of difficult situations, completely forgetting or disregarding the POSITIVE aspects of the scenarios.

How we PERCEIVE something can have a significant IMPACT on our behavior toward it and perhaps somehow can INFLUENCE or even DETERMINE the outcome.

We can shift our MINDSET from considering rejection or failure as the end of the world to embracing it as a new opportunity to learn more, try new things, get a fresh start, and become a better version of ourselves.

Stop putting up the effort to determine the loss to worsen the situation. Instead, attempt to think of new approaches. Keep an eye out for any new doors or opportunities that open up for you.

Life can be unpredictable. You were fine the day before, but you might get sick the next day.
Physical illness can have a significant impact on our minds and vice versa.

So,
How to motivate yourself or be productive when you are sick?
What to do when you are sick?
How to keep yourself up from the feeling of sickness?

In this video, I've discussed how to remain productive or motivated and utilize this time to develop yourself when you're sick. Also, the ways to keep yourself distracted from the thought of being sick.
 
Reading - reading anything can be a great help for you. It can be anything from a book to a kindle or even listening to a podcast, as long as you would be able to enjoy it. This can help you to distract yourself from the thought of being unwell, and it is pure self-help stuff.
Family - spending quality time with family would prove to be an excellent option for you to do in the days of your sickness. It can function as a bonding time for you. Even you can try calling for a talk to the people you care about but couldn't have it for a while.
Work-related stuff - you can even WORK ON the work-related stuff, as you want it. Which can keep you in shape and productive on your bad days as well.
Home & lifestyle - you can utilize this time to focus on your home or living space. This can keep you busy and motivated. And most importantly stuffs like redecoration or cleaning your home will make you feel even better.
And finally,
Watching movies and shows - you can watch movies or shows you like or always wanted to watch but couldn't have the chance or time for that. Now, this is the perfect time for it.

Doing these things can significantly shift your mental aspects and help you recover from this phase.

The definition of failure (and maybe even the word itself) should be stricken from the dictionary. If you really think about it and change your mindset...there's actually no such thing as failure!

After all, you can’t really fail more than once. To truly fail, you would have to be dead. Like when your heart fails. When that happens, nothing more can be done. That’s it. It’s over.

But failure in business? In love? In any other aspect of life? That’s not failure. That’s a setback. People confuse these two words way too often. They view failure as an ongoing phenomenon that follows you around because you made one mistake.

But the truth is, we’re all growing and making mistakes every day. Those mistakes can be overcome. That’s why you should change your mindset. I even think failure should be removed from the dictionary.

Just look at the first definition of failure. It's defined as a lack of success. A lack of success? How many successful people do you think lacked success at one point? Does that make them failures?

At the Olympics if you come in last, are you a failure? No! You’re one of the best in the WORLD.

It’s time to change your mindset and rethink the definition of failure, try to give it a more positive spin! Or get rid of it altogether.
