Stefani hasn't had a chance to do her podcast for quite some time, but I LOVED it. I've re-listened to several of the episodes multiple times. Her book, "Sexy by Nature: The Whole Foods Solution to Radiant Health, Lifelong Sex Appeal, and Soaring Confidence" is one of the most amazing books I've ever read. No kidding, and not an exaggeration. I hope she begins to have time to do her podcast again, but I am grateful for the episodes she has done!
Inspirational!

I discovered Stefani Ruper only a couple weeks ago through a review of her blog in Paleo Magazine. Within 24 hours I found myself spending every available moment devouring her podcast. I probably listened to all available episodes within about 5 days. I have struggled for many years with health problems, which have had stressful and damaging physical and emotional manifestations. In my long quest for self-healing I have been looking for a voice like Stefani, and am so relieved to have finally found her! Stefani's gentle yet fierce, highly intellectual and loving spirit is infectious. Each time I listen, whether her guest specializes in a topic immediately related to me or not, I come away informed, comforted, empowered, and inspired to take as many steps towards loving and healing myself as I can. I highly recommend this podcast to ANYONE but especially any women out there struggling with any kind of health issues. You will find a strong, powerful, healing message here.
Thank you!

As someone who has struggled with the connection between eating and my health, both emotional and physical, for a majority of my life, I love this podcast. Thank you so much for providing this to the world.
