I wholeheartedly believe that it’s possible to build a place where everyone loves their job and I want to help others live that out in their business. I have developed an entire framework devoted to this mission, and I’m excited to share what I’ve learned along the way. Systems alone can’t create love, but they can eliminate stress and tension in the business, while allowing trust to grow - so that love can stand a fighting chance. I’m Shawn York, and Love Works Here.

Keep Going
Hi Shawn, just need to say you have to keep going with this podcast. I binged it on my 9 hour drive and listened to all the episodes! I am a small business owner with a desire to make an impact on this world and in the lives of people. I can tell you that the stories, experiences, systems and framework you have layer out here has given me another step in the journey of personal and business growth. As I jump in to the CFA world to run an ADP in Bismarck, ND and help the operator grow a brand I’m excited to add value from the words spoke in this podcast. As I run my business and build leaders I have no doubt I will be coming back here. I may even put this podcast on my future checklist! So keep it up as I can’t wait for the next episode!
