Loving our Midlife [with Michelle Freedman]

Jewish Women Talk About Midlife

In this episode, I speak with Michelle Freedman, an empowerment lab coach, about Loving Our Midlife. We dive into adding more purpose and fun to our midlife. We explore bucket lists, anti-bucket lists, dreams, and the excitement of new hobbies, adding new things into our lives, from small changes like trying new foods to larger endeavors like picking up new hobbies.

A key point we touch on is that our lives are only as expansive or interesting as our comfort zones. By intentionally stretching these boundaries, we can incorporate more joy and experiences into our lives.

We also discuss the value and importance of meeting new people regularly, as these interactions can open doors to fresh opportunities and perspectives.

We share lots of ideas for having fun and expanding in our midlife.
