In this episode I am telling you everything you need to know about blood glucose levels, the importance of nutrition, and three ways to manage your blood sugar. I also update you on my pregnancy, dealing with weight gain, and how my fashion has changed since getting pregnant.

The right mentor will make and break you

The right mentor will make and break you

It’s important to really understand the concept of mentorship in the health sphere because the right mentor will make and break you. There are a million coaches, dieticians, nutritionists, and health coaches out there and not all of them will be for you. In fact, 95% of them will not be for you, and I know this from experience because I’ve gone through 30 practitioners myself, and made the mistake of really hiring all the wrong people. To illustrate this idea further, in this episode I discuss who you should hire to help you with your nutrition goals, breaking down the idea of the black-or-white continuum and how to commit to embracing healthy habits.

Very helpful podcast for people with IBS

I’ve been struggling with IBS-D for the last 2 months. I’ve just started this podcast (first two episodes) but I just want to thank Becky. I relate so much with most of what she is talking about and if anything, this has helped me greatly to ease my mind and anxiousness and gives me hope to be able to overcome IBS. Great Podcast. Thank you.
