    If you have ever dealt with any form of gut health issues whether chronic or still undiagnosed, you have had to adopt a low FODMAP diet. This diet isn’t easy or fun, I know from personal experience, and I know many of you have struggled while being on it. Well, a low FODMAP diet isn’t always a long-term solution for everyone, and often what follows is the reintroduction of FODMAPs to determine your triggers or go back to eating “normally”.
