Centre A's inaugural podcast explores different pivotal points in our 25-year history, featuring 8 artists/curators whom we have worked with since our inception in 1999. Besides their wide range of practices, we also talk about Centre A’s role within the evolving contemporary art scene in Vancouver and Canada, touching on topics such as community organizing, intergenerational connection, migration experiences and the changing cultural landscape within the Asian-Canadian sphere. Music by Sierra Lima, a Chinese-Canadian artist/organizer hailing from Shanghai, now based in so-called Vancouver.
