Customer Reviews
Most informative 10 minutes of the day.
Good information about different aspects of fitness. He answered questions I didn’t even know I had from exercise, nutrition and sleep. I too have stayed up all night working on the Thompson report. Also, He sounds like my high school biology teacher only funner. The guy opening sounds a little preachy but makes up for it by being short and to the point. Great little podcast keep it up.
