i absolutely love listening to this podcast on my hour+ commutes! brooking is a very open, curious-minded and gentle host and I love the way she encourages guest to speak more about how they got into what they're doing... & how they're making change within their communities! the podcast has truly inspired me to be better, conscious human ❤️ i particularly loved the episode with the founder of Loop, plasticfreemermaid, & the ep where I learned about 3 upstream prize leaders!

This podcast has a lot of great info and interesting guests. When Matt and Brooking are the hosts, it’s a dynamic and engaging conversation. However, when Priscilla Johnson is the owner interviewing guests, it’s a very dry and scripted. It’s tough to listen to, honestly. When I listen to a podcast, I want a real meaningful discussion, not an overly scripted audio essay.
