Come for the wrestling talk…stick around for the real life stuff. They are big supporters of mental health awareness, and have helped many of us in that respect. They are the best!

I truly love this podcast and it has been such a light in so many darker times. I leave this feedback because I love it so much but it’s been feeling a little heavy recently with all that is going on in the world of wrestling. There used to be a joy (no pun intended, Sarah) that feels hasn’t been on the show in a few weeks. I kind of miss the positive light and definitely miss hearing from the buddies. I still wear my Wrestling Heart shirts with pride and love these two. Just want some of that old feeling back in the podcast.
