Not sure why anyone would deal with a psychiatrist and not an endorcrinologist. Don't waste your time.

THE podcast for men serious about their performance
02/09/2021
Dr. Cam is a Clinical Psychologist and Professor of Psychiatry, so he brings instant credibility to when it comes to mind-body health, and focuses this podcast on a male audience in order to help maximize their masculinity in a healthy way. I really like the fact that there is a call-in radio show to coach people through questions and issues, and also traditional podcast guests from people who are at the top of their fields to learn how they became high performers and get actionable advice from their routines. Highly recommended!

Dr. Cam does a great job of explaining all the topics he talks about. He is very descriptive in his answers and gives all the information you need. He takes the time to fully engage with the callers and try to follow up with them. The discord channel he talks about is also amazing. Cam has established a serious community that focuses on men’s health. It has been very helpful for me and I would definitely recommend listening to it.

This podcast is an exceptional resource for men (or, really, humans) looking to level up in their personal and professional lives. In particular, Dr. Cam is a pro at explaining both theory and practice. He's not afraid to dive into the psychology behind our questions, while at the same time delivering practical takeaways for our most pressing problems. If you tune in live, you get to engage in the dialogue as well. Overall, I'd recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to better themselves using practical and evidence-based strategies.
Top-notch, evidence-backed advice
02/02/2021
Many people on the Internet give advice. Most do not have a PhD in clinical psychology from UCLA or train psychiatry residents as a professor at UCSF. Cam’s advice is insightful, relevant, and backed by research: Whether it is exercise, nutrition, or psychology, he never hesitates to reference studies or talk about his colleagues’ work. Anyone who is serious about leveling up as a man should be listening to his podcast on a regular basis, or better yet, calling in with their problem of the day.
