literally passes the bechdel test

listening makes me feel like the grinch at the end of the movie when his heart gets bigger because he discovered the joys of christmas except it’s my brain and not my heart and the joys of freak thought and the immortal science of marxism leninism instead of christmas. also i love the way the podcast literally passes the bechdel test. it features many actual women or at least people who are woman-coded for me to listen to. i learn and i laugh and my brain keeps growing. i recommend to all my dumb friends and then they get smarter.

Excellent Podcast

One of the only palatable ways to hear about local news in the Seattle area.

A really excellent podcast

I’ve been listening to this podcast for years now and enjoy it more than ever with the new crewmembers of the boat. This podcast has a lot of range but focuses often on Seattle, our tech dystopia, and hating cops. While they make a lot of jokes about our dumb world, their true care for the working class and marginalized groups in general under capitalism can be felt which I really appreciate. I don’t know what it means but this is a podcast I almost always listen to after the sun has gone down. Just feels right.
