    This meditation is designed to complement the completion of a workout. 

    The purpose of this meditation:

    - End activity with mindful awareness to maximize the benefit of the experience 

    - Increased ability to be mindfully present

    - Increased discipline and compassion

    - Increased ability to navigate challenging experiences that may arise during activity
