We often hear about things being organic, and good for us but the truth is there are some ingredients in things such as our soaps that are actually drying our skin out or not nourishing the  body as it should. We had a chance to talk with Daniel the Ceo of Its Just Lav a company that provides natural soaps for all people. Some people grow up having to use sensitive skin soaps but after talking with Daniel the ingredients list isnt much different than regular soap. Recently a solider was in fear for his life while being pulled over during a traffic stop and we also talk about this recent tragic news and also think back about times we have been pulled over and did not feel comfortable in day light let alone night where the solider was. As this episode is in production another bodycam footage was released in another incident where a officer claims he thought he pulled his taser instead of his gun, but still fired and shot yet another black male. What makes someone so fearful?!

We caught up with Roger to talk about the gun violence in the world and also to see if the world will get better control of the violence in the world. With everything going on in the world sometimes it will save your life to own a gun and being able to protect your family. Roger who is a father explains that he is a gun owner because he wants to protect his family and also just being in Houston and moving around the city you need it. We also talked about younger kids being on drugs and shooting each other and not even seeing 25 years old. 

We had a chance to sit down with Baylor alumni Kaleb Moore before the big Final Four game for and talk about what made Kaleb make the change in his diet and how its benefit him with his athletic career. Kaleb spoke very highly of Antonio Brown and his influence that he had with posting meals on social media, while also being a athlete that was performing on the field and not dealing with injury a lot because of his body being hydrated and also with special diets his body was able to recover faster. Kaleb is on his way to owning a restaurant that will provide fresh food all locally grown and able to taste the difference in the ingredients. Being a athlete sometimes being at the wrong place at the wrong time can cost your career and we also speak about being able to make the right choices when you are held to a higher standard.
