The Achiever Brain Training Series – 3. Want to Achieve, Here Is the Plan | MFM 65 RADIO SHOW WSIC 105.9FM #43
Our brain is a muscle and it’s the most complex organ in our body. Just like your muscles, training your brain increases its strength and its performance. If your brain is operating at its peak, you can achieve more faster, and with greater accuracy.
Think about how that would impact you personally. If your brain was performing at its peak, which allowed you to achieve faster and with greater accuracy, how would that change your life?
Our brain is responsible for everything that we do, how we think feel, act and it’s constantly processing and taking in information. So we want it to be operating at its peak. A quick fun fact is that a human brain can process information as fast as 268 mph. That’s fast!! Think about your cell phones or your computers. If your computer has a good processor it’s going to be faster and more efficient, right?!
Think of your brain in the same way, you want it to operate at its peak so that you can perform and achieve your best. How many people are feeling like, with all that’s going on, they aren’t getting the best out of their brains potential?
I created this series to provide information about your brain and the tools that are helping people all over the world get out of this complex, but powerful organ! That tool is Neuro-Feedback. WATCH VIDEO
The Achiever Brain Training Series – 2. Training while Watching a Movie | MFM 64 RADIO SHOW WSIC 105.9FM #42
Brain training while Watching a Movie shows how we can train our brain for peak performance through a process known as neurofeedback by simply watching a movie. Neurofeedback, also known as brain training or neuro-training is the direct training of the brain waves. So neurofeedback measures brain activity and it helps you make more or less of certain brain wave patterns.
By analyzing your activity with the use of an EEG device to record and analyze what your brain is doing in real-time. You would then be sitting in front of a computer screen while we are monitoring your activity and getting feedback on your brain’s performance. For example. The feedback on the screen is displayed in the form of a movie or game. Let’s say we are training you for the purposes of improving your focus and attention, you oftentimes get distracted and you want to improve your focus and producing. So for your training, we are wanting to encourage your beta brain waves to increase (remember that brain activity responsible for mental tasks and focus) and we want to decrease your theta activity (which if overactive can cause daydreaming and distractibility).
Remember your brain has the ability to learn and adapt and change when given the right feedback it can make adjustments for healthier brain function. Neurofeedback is the most engaging and most effective brain training available. The ability to influence brainwaves helps everyone, particularly those struggling academically or professionally, to improve cognitive functions such as attention, working memory, emotional regulation, and mental flexibility… WATCH THE VIDEO TO LEARN MORE
The Achiever Brain Training Series – 1. The Training Trick | MFM 63 RADIO SHOW WSIC 105.9FM #41
THe achiever brain training Part 1 of a 3 part series that I’m calling the Achiever Brain Training Series. As many of you know if you’ve been listening to the show, and for those who are listening for the very first time, my passion is around mental performance and helping people perform at their best and that starts with the brain. It is time that we transform and revolutionize the way we TRAIN Mental PERFORMANCE and the way we TREAT mental health.
So many other industries are changing and evolving, and the mental performance and mental health space are somewhat the same. And it’s time for that to change. With stress rising, schools, sports, and business becoming more and more competitive, and depression, anxiety, and suicide going up, we need to really create some change on how we are helping people improve our most complex, but the most powerful organ, our brain.
This is what I am passionate about. So with this series, I want my listeners to have a better understanding of Our Brain and it’s impact on performance in every area of our lives
How you can have access to the same technology and science-based solutions, like neurofeedback that celebrities like Tony Robbins, Olympic athletes and top achievers in business, sports and in life, in general, have been using all over the world, to strengthen and train their brain to help them perform at their best.
It’s time to make mental fitness training Effective, Effortless, Harmless, quick, modern, convenient, and mainstream, something that is accessible for everyone…
