Hello Everyone!
My name is Wali Kamran, and I am a 3rd year Osteopathic Medical Student. I created this podcast in order normalize discussion about mental health, not just in medicine, but throughout our daily lives. As someone who has struggled with managing his own mental health, I hope this podcast serves as a platform for us to collectively discuss any challenges we face and how we can to provide love and support to those around us. At the end of the day, we all struggle in some way, shape, or form - but it is important that we continue to uplift those around us, in any capacity that we can. Join me in continuing to spread the message that mental health truly does matter!
