For over 30 years, she has helped corporate, public, and non-profit organizations fulfill their missions through effective leadership, process excellence, and strategy-focused execution. In the public sector, Ms. Sacks-Mandel was the CIO of Fulton County Public Schools where she implemented personalized learning at scale for nearly 100K students and led the first large school district into remote education at the start of the 2020 pandemic. Previously, she was CIO of Florida Virtual School, where she supported over 600K students in the nation’s oldest and largest online K-12 school. The recipient of several awards, Sacks-Mandel’s recent accolades include being recognized as a 2021 Global Top 100 Visionaries in Education and Technology Leader by GFEL, HMG Strategies’ 2020 Technology Executives Who Matter, and Global Women in IT Summit & Awards’ 2019 Woman of the Year.
