I wanted to share this chapter of my book with you because we don't know what each other is going through.  If  you are struggling  with your mental health and mindfulness, anytime of the year is difficult.  Sadly,  the holidays tend to be even more difficult. 

It's hard to know how to help,  what to do, or how to be there for people around us who might need support, understanding,  and compassion. 

This chapter was written  to help the reader gain more clarity on their thoughts and practices around mental health and mindfulness. 

Rants and Ramblings series is a memoir-style journaling companion for each reader's continued development on self-awareness, self-care, and reflection. 

We can get better at understanding what to do.  We can have more compassion for each other as we learn.  Good Luck with your self-care journey!
