Love how short and easy the episodes are to listen too! I just started week 3 of the Thrive program and it’s been very helpful and informative! This podcast has been a great way to listen through out the week during my drives to reinforce the mental aspect of sticking to this new life change and fueling my body with what it needs and over coming the unhealthy mental and emotional connections I didn’t even realize I had!
