Each week, our comedian hosts celebrate a different pop culture queen... and somehow make their career accomplishments all about them. Come for the Miss Things, stay for Greg and Tim's outrageous stories and hilarious segments including "Doll of the Day, Mother of the Moment, Sister of the Second" and "Diva Down!" BONK! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

  1. HÁ 5 DIAS

    Mariah “The Divadom” Carey

Gennifer Zs, we don’t want a lot for Christmas, there is just one thing we need... that’s YOU. And also the diva that we’re celebrating this week! Our Miss Thing this week is THE songwriter, lyricist, chart topping hitmaker, whistle note expert, the queen of shade, feuds, Christmas, and the elusive chanteuse herself… MARIAH CAREY! In this ep, Tim recalls the time he became a trendsetting diva and inadvertently ended up being the inspiration for Carpool Karaoke while Greg remembers the emotional night he got a hug and kiss goodbye from New York City herself. Other highlights include: Greg and Tim living for the A-P-P-L-A-U-S-E, lamenting the lost art of screening your calls, giving advice to their younger self, wondering where all the hills have gone, and liking “pranks with grace.” They boys also talk happy pills, signing the petition to not allow James Corden in any more movie musicals, Jay Leno’s fall, and they decide which celebrity they’d want to record their voicemails. They also ask the really tough questions like: “Are we mad at Wicked?” “What the f*ck is The Brutalist?” And, “Where do we make an appointment with the scientist who did Lindsay Lohan’s plastic surgery?” They also play the new Christmas classic game, “Holiday Hitmaker.” So Inertias, put on your Glitter-iest jewels, slip into your bathtub, and let us lull you into a Precious (based on the novel “Push” by Sapphire) state. Oh, and get on your feet it’s the holidays! BONK! Watch the full episode on our YouTube and follow below! Pamela “The Originator” Anderson

Inertias, it’s that time of year — hand splitting season! And what better way to celebrate this — and every — season, than with another bodacious episode featuring one of our most legendary Miss Things yet. This bombshell, sexpot, and global phenomenon is the pin-up of all pin-ups, the most famous playmate, the smartest woman in any room, ultimate 90s icon, and now a Best Actress Golden Globe Nominee for “The Last Showgirl” — PAMELA ANDERSON. In this ep, Greg looks back to when he ended up at the world premiere of “Queer” dressed like a common pauper and may or may not have gotten mistaken for a sanitation worker while Tim remembers the time he tried to get to a picturesque beach in Thailand only to end up traversing through a forest alone at night with Beowulf nipping at his feet. Other highlights include: Greg guessing what the movie “Golda” is about, Tim’s phone getting stuck in a moving stairmaster, and both of them trying to figure out who or what Shaboozey is. The boys also talk can hygiene, hand botox, look-a-like contests, and ask the ultimate tell-all question: “What kind of sneeze do you have?” And before the ep is over, they play the hottest new game that’s sweeping the nation: “Bae Watch or Watch with Bae.” So Showgirls, unfurl your Barb Wire, break out your hottest red bathing suit and let your ears go on a little beachy vacation this week. Oh, and if you see Alan Tudyk, tell him Tim and Greg are still waiting for him at the look-a-like contest and won’t be waiting very much longer (and also tell him that they won the contest and would like to speak to his agent immediately)! Inertias, Gypsies, Tramps, and Thieves, we hope you’re Strong Enough ‘cause this week we’re talking about one of the biggest icons to ever live. Yes, you better Believe it, our Miss Thing is the woman everyone wants to be and no one can beat — CHER! In this ep, Tim remembers the time he got pushed off a bridge in Croatia as his straight best friend was screaming for his life while Greg flips it and reverses it to a moment he stunned a DJ after requesting a shockingly mature song at a children’s pool party. Other highlights include: Tim bravely coming out as not a hostess, Greg’s trash bin bursting into a million pieces, Tim remembering the moment he knew he was gay (a mouse might’ve been involved), and Greg taking a solemn vow to watch Along Came Polly (ACP) ASAP. The boys also discuss their Wordle and Hangman starting words, get into a fight over what papier-mâché is, talk Ina Garten’s chocolate cake, give advice to struggling gay bars, and make a deal with the devil to get Christina Aguilera’s new face. Other highlights include: Tim finding Greg huddling under a coat for UV protection in public, Greg injecting Gracie Abrams song “So True” into his veins, Tim celebrating finally getting his windshield wiper fluid replaced, Greg becoming Temu’s spokesperson, and the boys go in on their experience seeing a screening of the Wicked movie with the entire cast! Kristin "Shyamalanomenon" Chenoweth (w/ Eric Williams)

Inertias, get ready for our most Popular episode yet because we’re making Miss Thing herstory this week with our VERY first guest! Today our good Judy, Eric Williams, the incredibly talented and funny host of “That’s A Gay Ass Podcast” joins us to honor one of the biggest broadway legends of all time. She’s an Emmy and Tony award winning star of stage and screen, the funniest soprano out there, a Good Christian Bitch, and the OG Glinda herself — KRISTIN CHENOWETH! In this ep, Greg recalls serving child-actor-from-Temu vibes when he got cast in the titular role of “You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown” while Tim and Eric both remember horrible times they had with vocal teachers. In Eric’s case, it led to a very uncomfortable conversation with his mom while Tim’s experience led to him accidentally sabotaging a man’s career. The boys also gossip about Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster’s budding relationship, talk Shawn Mendes’ sexuality clapback, discuss the f*ckability of men dressing like Casey Becker for Halloween, and drool over the heartthrob renaissance trifecta of Adam Brody, Josh Hartnett and Joshua Jackson. They also guess what Kristin’s cameo will be in the Wicked film and play their toughest game yet, “Playbill or Play with Bill.” So Gennifer Zs, Push all those Daisies in your hand straight into the air and wave them around like a wand as you listen to the most iconic threesome you’ve ever heard. Inertias, you’re about to SCREAM (2) because the talent of this famous three-name TV legend is so insane, it could turn your Intentions Cruel. She’s a Simply Irresistible comedic and dramatic actress, every gay guys’ wishlist beard, an action hero, a horror icon, the world’s most famous vampire slayer, and Tim’s ultimate Miss Thing of Miss Things — SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR! In this ep, Tim recalls the time he became the king of his high school only to make a decision so quizzical that it kneecapped his popularity and left everyone calling him “The Grudge Boy” while Greg recounts a series of events that ultimately led to him being backstage at “Waitress” with Sarah Michelle herself! Other highlights include: Greg winning halloween, Tim earning his cohost’s pride with the publishing of his New Yorker article, Greg’s good luck (babe) run, and Tim’s experience in an S&M chat room. They also discuss the wise words of a hot yoga teacher, gaybaiting, rage content, blumpkins, and the pharmaceutical company Tim’s family should own. Trick or Treat Inertias and welcome to our Halloween Spooktacular! Or as Greg would call it, “Ryan Murphy Pee-sents Gregtesquerie!” This week, we celebrate someone whose impact is so large, she literally invented the found footage genre. Not only is she the most famous project out there, but she’s also the most famous witch (not counting any witch played by our BFF Cynthia Erivo). Yes that’s right, our Miss Thing this week is the queen of guerilla marketing and the girl everyone wants a glimpse of — BLAIR WITCH! In this ep, Tim recalls the bumpy experience he had watching Little Miss Blair which quickly turned into a real life, week-long nightmare for his family while Greg harkens back to a day that he chose chaos by pulling a prank so massive that some of his friends ended up never talking to him again. The boys also talk hippity-hops, Chainfest, the wrestling federation formerly known as WWF, Tom Cruise’s coconut cake, and Tim’s pumpkin-themed outfit. Other highlights include: celebrating Greg’s 11/12ths birthday, Tim’s wonderful experience with the working women of the Getty, cruising around in a Waymo (Waymo sponsor us!), the pronunciation of “Oregon,” and longing for Van Gogh’s extreme overexposure. They also play the new hit game, “Babadook or Babadon’t” and do a Tyra Banks-inspired interview to grill the Blair Witch herself.
