Legit!
These guys definitely know what they’re talking about. You might agree or disagree about some of the stylistic choices (there’s no right answer), but if you’re new or even fairly seasoned you can learn a ton and there are a lot of additional (though some paid) resources available that go into even more technical detail.
Best I’ve found on this subject, and very useful even though it doesn’t really lean heavily into my genre. Down to earth and practical.
