Coach Deb is a running guru! I return to these podcasts often and always find a new nugget of wisdom. As a coach, myself, I frequently direct my runners to this podcast. I love that Deb is a practical coach who keeps runner health and safety at the forefront of her message.

Several years ago, I started following this podcast because each episode focuses on a specific useful running related topic. Coach Voiles gives practical advice that helped me understand how I could continue to enjoy the physical and mental benefits of running while avoiding injury as I age. I love and appreciate this podcast because it educates and motivates me to keep enjoying my outdoor runs despite set-backs due to illness and age. I'm now 71, and continue to refer back to previous episodes for advice & motivation to keep moving. So glad to hear this new episode! Thanks Coach!

Like everyone else has been saying, the straightforward, no-frills information presented is great. Easy to listen and digest, and practical. It also has the effect of making me feel more competent as a (re-beginning) runner, which translates to tempered confidence. Thanks Coach!
