What’s needed in a data podcast
I’m a senior data engineer at a fortune 100 company.
I listen to different podcasts unrelated to work. I wanted to see if there was something out there similar to other podcast formats but for my line of profession. I think it may be hard to accomplish that.
Most data related podcasts I’ve seen have lots of ads or are catered to beginners. I really was looking for professional’s just having a conversation on a wide range of data engineering topics and not being scared to go real technical. Talk on the current events.
Monday Morning data chat is accomplishing this. Although there might just be a small piece missing. I’ll have to keep listening but on a personal level I don’t know the hosts well. Sometimes just talking about some other current event besides data industry that might be semi related can help the listener warm up to listening to the rest of the content.
