Very helpful

I’ve been searching for a podcast that can help me in my struggle with overwhelming anxiety in my life that has caused me to just shut down...
This guy is awesome.. even though at times it seems he is talking to men as a woman I can see how I can also benefit from the topics he covers..
In one episode he described how the subconscious mind speak to us much more than the conscious mind.. it was a lightbulb moment because I was just saying this to my counselor.. I feel that there are things that I’ve said to myself for so long that it’s now in my self conscious mind that I don’t necessarily know it’s there.
I’m so glad I found this .. maybe it can help me to be strong and change my life.
