Best Multifamily Podcast!!!

Dan invites guests on his show to discuss recently closed apartment deals. Together, they breakdown the entire deal and you get inside access to how it all played out. This is my favorite multifamily podcast because every deal and every operator’s story is unique and you really get the inside scoop. As a full time real estate investor trying to transition from single to multifamily, this podcast has taught me so much that I’ve begun to gain confidence and realize I can take down multifamily deals too.

Fantastic Podcast - thanks Dan and Kyle!

I listened to 42-Unit Midtown on 2nd in Tuscon with Kyle Mitchell. Dan had great questions, and Kyle really pulled back the curtain and let us see what it takes to get the first deal done. One concept that I had never heard was "White Glove" for self-directed IRAs - what a great concept. You have to listen to this podcasts, there are so many fantastic nuggets in it. Thanks to both Kyle and Dan! Now I am going to have to listen to all of the other ones!
