My Future in Medicine Ricky Mitchell

Caitlin discusses her career in the ICU for several years and how she ended up shifting gears to focus on mental health. She is now focused on ketamine administration for depression and other mental health concerns. 

Erica started off as a Nurse in the ER, then a Family Nurse Practitioner in psychiatry and eventually went back to school to specialize in psychiatry. She shares how she chose that route and her thoughts on the profession in general. 

Serena tells us about her experience with 15 years of addiction and how she's turned her life around to help others that are dealing with the same thing. She is in training to become a CRSS.
