It’s our second podcast without our faithful steward, our executive producer. But before the wheels fell off; we managed to have a hilarious conversation about (you guessed it) a Dillards Clearance sale; followed up with bickering back-and-forth about the pros and cons of a certain special room in hotels. Let’s just say: “some benches aren’t for sitting”. Al breaks down his ongoing issues with his old phone number and sendings out a siren call to Swimmers for help. Finally, Cookie’s got a new group that we’re all excited about on Facebook. *Well, I’m sure people that are not parents are more excited about it.

In this week's episode of we have a special guest and more importantly, real life friend; Dr. Kohli, a cardiologist who has been trained at Harvard and M.I.T. Dr. Kohli brings her expertise to the show to discuss a range of fascinating topics, including: conjoined twins, dating apps, and the science of attraction.



One of the intriguing questions raised during the episode… is whether Dr. Kohli can provide insights into Coco's search for a soulmate on a biological level.  

Throughout the episode, we fire off questions about various topics: such as facial fillers, conjoined twins, and anything else we don’t understand about humans and our thoroughly dysfunctional relationships.

I know I start every week off by saying this is a special episode, but this is. Why? Because the parents of one Ms. Cookie Kaplan are in the building. Dr. Kaplan joins us on the podcast where we acted out the first act of the play he wrote in Coco’s honor. 

Sidenote, Dr. Kaplan pulled me aside and said I did an excellent job. That’s all I needed in life. 

We also go through dating profiles and general MSWIM foolishness; only this time we’re joined by a doctor-and a loving dad.

Corinne ‘s mom (Dale) is also just off camera (and mic) for the entire podcast. She is quiet, lovely and just as beautiful as Coco describes inside and out.

We have a special episode of My Safe Word Is More for you this week. Special; in that our executive producer, Chris, was not in town for this episode.  Meaning we have nobody “bossing us around” with things like “structure”, “timing”, “relevance of content” or “taste”.

This is what happens when we left to our own devices.
