I thought I knew everything about calories counting, nutrition and so on. But I really didn’t! Especially not on a cellular level. I didn’t know what my body needs to lose weight AND feel good, be healthy and SUSTAIN. (I had worked with other nutritionist too!) The key is sticking with what works. If something is too difficult it won’t work long term. Katie teaches a new way of eating and thinking where you lose weight and feel good.
