Naming the TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) Contest HRBT Tunnel Talk

A Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) will bore twin tunnels next to the existing Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnels as part of Virginia’s largest-ever construction project.
